With many schools breaking up today for the Summer holidays, no doubt many people from St. Helens and other parts of the region with be planning a trip to Taylor Park.
If you're heading to the popular public park, then don't forget to visit the Boathouse Cafe, run by the St. Johns Centre, for refreshments.
Taylor Park is a popular place for families, with amenities such as a children's play area, picturesque lake and woodland walks and regular activities with the St. Helens Council Ranger Service. There are two car parks, good bus links and the park is just half a mile from Thatto Heath railway station and about one mile from St. Helens Town Centre.
